Read a newspaper daily like Times, etc. Weekly times, newstimes, etc. can help. Newsletter is also a good magazine, but usually present the US viewpoint. You must have heard the magazine "Competiton Success Review". Read it every month. It has got info on books to refer also. You may send payment and purchase your needful books from CSR. It will give you very good guidance, more than what you expect.
