Prepare for the 2008 Season

What kind of workouts can I do to prepare for the season. I have to admit I haven't really worked out or anything this summer but i haven't like gained weight or anything. Just simple things cause im not trying to prepare for the super bowl just the upcoming season lol.

btw im a wide reciever if that makes any difference

  1. basic workouts would be fine(bench, squat, etc.).

  3. Just basic workouts would be good.  I'd do bench, squats, deadlift, and cleans.
