Preparing a hamburger the healthy way?

What would be the HEALTHIEST way to make a hamburger patty? Would it be frying it, grilling it or what? Thanks. Im on a High protein diet so im just trying to do everything correct

  1. Grilling certianly.  it allows the fat to drip off, but still getting some of the flavor from the vapor.  frying allows it to get more flavor from the fat, but at the same time, the fat stays in the burger, same with brownging on a skillet.


  2. get a little hamburger meat, then using a cheese grader [is that spelled right? lol ] grade some potatoes and onions, and other seasonings that u would like, i use worcheshire sauce, when ur done form it into a patty and grill it. yummy

  3. Grilling it would of course be more healthy than frying it.

    I can't be of any more help because I don't eat meat; you'll find that most people using this forum don't (hence the name).

    You'd probably get more of the kind of answers you need if you asked this in another food and drink category.

  4. grill it, use ground sirloin. buffalo is very lean and better for you than sirloin. readily available next to the ground beef.

  5. i dont know, because I'm a vegetarian.
