My boyfriend wants to return to rugby after not having played for about 15 years. He's a forward player(I'm not up with the lingo, I'm just trying to help him).Could anyone suggest a suitable exercise routine for him to use to help prepare himself for the trial- about 3 months away.He has a bench press and varying weights for it. And he has a football :o)A specific program about 60 min long would be great.Thanks for your help.
