Hi, I've been sparring & working a couple of months now. I'm 5;11 185, & I'm in pretty good shape. I sparred several times & hitting bags most of the time, & workin on muscle groups to increase my punch power, shoulders, triceps, biceps, back, etc.
Question is .. I'm interested in joining a MMA class. What should I know or work on before I join so that I can expedite my learning process there? Answer based on experiences or knowledge.
