Preschool Lesson Plan (Creative Movement)?

I am looking for ideas on creating a preschool creative movement lesson plan pertaining to creative movement (dance). I am also looking for a book that would go along with this lesson plan.

Look for books by Mary Joyce, Sue Stinsen or Anne Green Gilbert.  They are all excellent and will give you what you need to develope a pre school creative dance curriculum.
