Preschool Yearbook ideas???

I am making a yearbook for my child's pre-k teacher, as an end of the school year gift. I would like any ideas on what I can include in it, besides just photos and captions. Does anyone know of any poems, quotes, etc. that would be apropriate for that sort of book?Perhaps some questions I could ask the children, and then put their answers in there, beside their photo? I am using one of those photo websites to create the book, so I am limited as to what I can put in it. But I would really appreciate any ideas!

  1. why not let the kids design the pages for you and then add their pictures to the book the way they are. visit a craft website to check out some extra ideas. www.quoteland.com might work for that perfect line you are looking for.

  2. get a playboy design...dink my lil n*gguhs will enjoy dat

  3. take some fun shots on the playground and some candit shots in the classroom.ask the kids to describe their teacher in one word .that is sure to melt her heart.if that doesn't help you can ask the kids what their favorite thing about that year was.

  4. You could ask the children "Why do you like Mrs. **?"

Then you could do a whole page on "We love Mrs ** because...

And a list such as "She is kind", "She knows lots of games and stories" "She hardly ever shouts"etc each on written in your handwriting but written on love hearts the children cut out themselves - with a bit of help

You could then do similar pages on "Why do we like the school/hall?" this time with the answers on bricks

"Who is the best friend you made this year? Why are they great?"

With the answers on gingerbread man shapes

The good thing is you can ask them these questions and record the answers on a Dictaphone - that way the teacher won't see your notes and you can give her the tape of the children's voices with the book - because that is what you miss most about children when they move on - their voices and funny answers

  5. I am sure they did things by the month like they do at every preschool.    I am sure you can find a poem to honor "her"? that coincides with the theme that month.

A sample of an "art" project they had each month would work also!
