  1. You should check with the preschool cordinator for your child still might be able to go and ask what quateria is needed for your child to come to preschool in knowing what they will expect from you in having your child to be in school. You can call the school or board of education in finding out about preschool issues.

  2. Probably. But if she isn't, there's always diapers.

  3. well, you could try, but chances are the school or the teacher will tell you that you need to get her potty trained before she comes back.

  4. probably not every school in colorado requires kids to be potty trained

  5. Depends on the requirements of the preschool.  She may potty train very easily when she's on a schedule at school.

  6. I live in NC as well, and my son wasn't potty trained until he was almost 4.  I had this very same question because he is autistic and it took him a lot longer to learn.  What I discovered was most preschools/daycares will have changing tables available if they are needed for children older than 2.  Because of ADA laws protecting special needs children, they cannot refuse to accept a child because they are not potty trained.  As long as they have changing facilities in the building, the child cannot be discriminated against.  I would look for a daycare/preschool that has a changing area available in the classroom, or one nearby.  And of course, a caring and loving preschool/daycare would work with you to get your daughter potty trained as soon as possible.  I'm sure she'll be wearing purty princess underwear by Halloween.  :)
