  1. I assume this would be for a preschool class and not a party you are having at your own house for your child...

Have everyone come wearing their PJs.  They can bring their favorite item to sleep with (some have a certain pillow, teddy bear or blanket).  For snack, you can have certain things that are associated with sleep, maybe like Pigs in a Blanket.  You could spend the day whispering, like there are people sleeping.  If possible, you can also keep all the lights off, except for one small "nightlight."

  2. Lots of crayons and color books, maybe a modeling show of their fav. pajamas, (not sure of how many kids )possibly involve them in prep of dinner/ baking cookies or cupcakes giving each child an assignment, a nice park always work, a sing-a-long/play-a-long tape/preschool aerobics before bed,...ummm!

  3. You  know, all they want to do is play and have a blast.  I did a gymnastic party that went well.  They hoolahooped, jumproped, tumbled, and danced to fun songs and were worn out by bed time.  I gave small plastic trophies and gold medals as prizes.  Most of the time they just want to play with each other.  But I had "game stations" set up for them as well.  I had toss-across, pin the tail, hopscotch, and others set up in the family room.  At that age, they make their own fun.  We read a Bible story and answered questions just before lights out.  Just remember to tell them to bring their "sleeping companion" that is their favorite stuffed animal and pullups if needed.

  4. Is this a real sleepover? I would be surprised if a fair number of the kids didn't cry to go home at night. On the other hand, a pretend sleepover could be fun. Have them bring sleeping bags or rolls, stuffed animals,  pillows and anything else they sleep with. Provide snacks, stories, and a craft activity or 2. Give them each a flashlight as a party favor-always a crowd please at this age- and dim the lights so they can play flashlight tag.  See if your local dollar store has pillowcases. Get fabric crayons and let them decorate their own. If not pillowcases craft stores usually have inexpensive painters hats to decorate. Have Fun.
