Preschool restaraunt theme?

i am doing theme and some of the things i decided to do was make a menu,make make some real pizza, make a pizza with art paper, make dramatic play area look like a restaurant, make some paper table mats , do a chart with healthy food and junk food ,food collage , take some kitchen utensils and let the kids dip them in paint and make pictures, whats some other things o do .

I'm taking a practical life course right now and we saw a video of the instructor's school.  The children have set up an actual restaurant that the parents come in and eat at.  The children are responsible for making the food, cutting it, serving it, and cleaning up.  

It's a wonderful video.  Hope she puts it online sometime.

Include a field trip to a restaurant that offers a tour too. They can be practicing their manners towards this goal.
