Presciption drugs?

I'm taking a cruise to bahamas, st.maarten and st. thomas. it is possible to buy cheap presciption drugs there? i visited cozumel and bought the medicine i needed at one tenth of the european price!! so i was hoping to stock up and get more during this trip

I would buy in St Thomas because it's part of the USA. I would imagine they follow the same FDA regulations as the mainland.

Bring your prescriptions and see if they are cheaper.)

Sure it is but it is also buyer beware. You get what you pay for.  You may also have problems returning through customs in your home country.

The only countries  I know of in the Caribbean that have the same loose policies for buying medicines and drugs that Mexico does, are the Domenican Republic and Haiti or some of the down island chain countries.
