Presdiental Pension?

I heard that if MCCain is elected to two terms and reaches the age of eighty that the US Government would not pay his pension.

Is this true?

  1. I just read the congressional law that authorized Presidential pensions.

    They are currently $192.000 a year.

    There is nothing in the law, that mentions age at all.
