  1. For a lot of fans it's a chance to see prize rookies and free agent acquisitions in action for the first time, which is exciting. The preseason is too long (3 games, and maybe even 2 would be sufficient), but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't looking forward to it.

  2. haha thats pretty much all it is

its so they can setup their depthcharts and see who is gonna win a job

so they put out their 3rd stringers and let em go at it and just maybe

they might be 2nd stringers ahha

  3. No, it's really not exciting and not that important.  Unless your best player ends up injured and out for the start of the season.  It seems like just another way to get money out of people's pockets. But I will be with the rest of the bozos watching my team's first preseason game on Friday night.

  4. you are right in a way preseason is kind of boring unless you see the position battles coming out and then it can be exciting

  5. No. Not very exciting, It doesn't count for anything, and really it doesn't clearly foreshadow what the season will bring. But when the season actually starts... h**l YEAH!

  6. I like football, and I am going to the Bears pre-season opener tomorrow, but these games aren't too exciting for me.  I will probably leave the game early since I have work the next day.

  7. I LOVEEEEE FOOTBALL!!

  8. well, tomorrow, monday night football begins, even though its thursday...so that will be somewhat exciting...come on, nothing beats bush vs leinart

  9. Football is Football is Football is Football is tied for the best sport of all time with Hockey

  10. yeah but brett favre is gone from the packers

  11. I LOVE FOOTBALL MORE

its just the atmosphere and the fact that you havent seen football in so long.  U love to see the great plays, no matter who is involved.  U love to see the hard hits no matter who is involved.  U like to see the interceptions and TD's, and u like to see your teams future prospects.  Think about Flacco, and the Redskins QB, the hawaii guy, and Louisville's Qb, and Troy Smith.  Its nice to see some good college players get some time to shine against smaller competition lol.

  12. You gotta love any real game..but its boring!! people wanna see action and not just the guys lookin for jobs. I would never pay money for a preseason game.

  13. Not really.  I mean the big names don't even play that long and it's mostly a 3rd string circus like you say.  Bring on the regular season!
