  2. As a leader in the world, it's about time he said something!  The difference between Bush's 1st sham of an election & Mugabe's is Bush sent over American troops to be killed in foreign lands, & Mugabe kept that pleasure within his own country.

    But I'd rather have any president speak out on behalf of the US people to condemn Mugabe than not at all.

  4. If you consider the fact that the incumbent has been in power for at least 20 years and that anyone who opposes him tends to either be arrested or have fatal "accidents". yes it was a sham. To compare it to the 2000 election is the act of a typical liberal, If Gore had won it would have been because the Democrat trick of stuffing the ballot box had worked again.
