Alright so for everybody that doesn't know what it is... you have to be able to do the following:Get like 12.3 seconds in the shuttle run (which is equivalent to suicides...)Do 3 pull upsRun your mile in like 8:02 or belowand... do like maybe 46 sit ups? I'm totally guessing ... but i know that to make presidential you have to get somewhere around those times/numbers for my age group. (13 year old girl) I have no problem making the mile and sit ups... but my lord I don't think I could have a worse time getting shuttle run and pull ups. -.- I need ways to increase my agility and speed along with what I need to do to be able to do at least 3 pull ups. my goal is 10 :) right now I can do zippo and the test I think is in somwhere around march.I have those hand weight thingys I don't know what they are called.... and some cones. So yeah, answers would be highly appriciated ! :D
