Question:

Presidential Fitness Help?!?

Alright so for everybody that doesn't know what it is... you have to be able to do the following:

Get like 12.3 seconds in the shuttle run (which is equivalent to suicides...)

Do 3 pull ups

Run your mile in like 8:02 or below

and... do like maybe 46 sit ups?

I'm totally guessing ... but i know that to make presidential you have to get somewhere around those times/numbers for my age group. (13 year old girl) I have no problem making the mile and sit ups... but my lord I don't think I could have a worse time getting shuttle run and pull ups. -.-

I need ways to increase my agility and speed along with what I need to do to be able to do at least 3 pull ups. my goal is 10 :) right now I can do zippo and the test I think is in somwhere around march.

I have those hand weight thingys I don't know what they are called.... and some cones. So yeah, answers would be highly appriciated ! :D

  1. well you should try doing some push ups your upper arm will get stronger and soon you can do pull ups. and for the shuttle your should just keep trying sometime later you will be able to run faster
