Presidential footage at nightclub....WTF?

I saw this on Youtube and I'm not sure if it's real footage. It's supposed to be a video of George Bush at a nightclub or something...? Can someone tell me if it's real?

With the security surrounding the President, it would be very unlikely that he was anywhere that nightclub.

If indeed he was, it would have been all over the news.
