Press handstand?

Im a gymnast and if u have any tips n how to do a press handstand.i would appreciate it.

  2. I've been working on this for so long and I finally got it about a month ago! Using the wall helps alot. Start by placing your hands about a hands length from the wall. Slowly shift all your weight to your hands, and bring your shoulders further than your hands. At this point your head and upper back should be against the wall. Using the wall for support, raise your hips, keeping your legs as close to your body as possible. Once your hips are straight up, bring your legs up the SIDE. It is very important that you get your hips up first, and that you only bring your legs up once your straight.

    I had alot of help with this from a world renowned coach and these are some of the tips he gave me.

  3. haha i always had trouble with this!!

    place your palms down on the floor and slowly roll up onto the balls of your feet.

    keep your arms tight and locked and lift up your hips

    stratle up into a handstand.
