Press reports vary. Will the disabled received stimulus package checks?

Press variously reports that the Senate wants disabled veterans and seniors included. What about the lay disabled?

People only on S.S. don't pay taxes

there are some who  earn a certain amount, some may earn enough extra to pay but not too many ,likely;

disabled is about the same situation

I haven't heard about the disabled but the Senate wants to include those who's only income is SS. We won't know until they get through changing it, vote on it and send it back to the House for passage and the President signs it.
