Pressed vs Loose Powder?

I'm just wondering what's the difference between Pressed and Loose Powder...

and what brands have the best powder?? as in not damaging my skin...

Pressed powder is those powders you see that are thick and solid and often shaped into uh, shapes, haha, like flowers and suck.

Loose powder is just in a jar and it's very loose and breaks apart, like sugar or salt.

I prefer loose powder. It just seems to go on better, but both work.

I use Mineral Secrets. It's like Bare Minerals only it's actually better for your skin.

Pressed Powders are the hard ones in compacts with those sort of mirrors built it and Loos powders usually have a s***w on cap to a jar. Pressed Powders Use sponges or makeup pads or sometimes even brushes and for pressed powders you use a powder prush or pouf. i love Clinique Blended Face Powder (loose) and Clinique Stay-Matte Powder (pressed) hope i hlpd :]

The only difference is the way they are packaged, they give the same coverage.

But, pressed powder clogs pores.
