Prestige Management how do i get in with them.?

I want to be in a band, and yes i am a girl but i don't want to be in something like the spice girls. I rather play and sing.

The tried and tested method is to form or join a band, work hard on your music, work to raise your profile, and build a fan base. If you're motivated by a love of music, the above is the way to do it, and if you happen to get anything else out of it then so much the better.

On the other hand, if you want to be "spotted" by a management company and catapulted to your 15 minutes of fame, just go audition for Idol, Big Brother, Got Talent or whatever other such shows happen to be on. You never know, someone might think you're special.
