Prestige Online Photo Ordering

Question

I want to access my prestige senior portrait online and it says I must enter my session ID and access code. I found my session ID on my proofs, but not the access code. I have read somewhere that they email the access code to you, but they have not emailed it to me. It also says that this information is included with my proofs. Does anyone know where the access code can be found?
