have you been there before?

If so please let me know some of your opinions about your experience. Was it good or bad? Too pricey?

any suggestions or comments? it can be about the design as well as the food it self or the staffs.

  1. Pret a manger is an expensive chain of shops that sell mediocre lunches - Sandwhiches; crisps; drinks; and cakes.

    They charge hefty amounts on the basis of some kind of ethical trading. Like most places they are in it for the profit. Go to Tesco's if you find pret too expensive and you don't care about quality.

    Really they are nothing special as far as taste or service goes.


  2. i regularly go to a pret for my lunch and find it a bit pricey but the sandwiches aren't bad and i love the coffee.

    the other day i was given a coffee on the house when one guy who worked there said he'd seen me in there before, which made me think maybe the company can't be too profiteering.

    i think they mean what they say about freshly made products and not using 'any nasties'.

    all round i'd recommend it for a quick bite and a drink but i would rather go to philpotts for sandwich quality.
