Pretend you're playing poker with friends. One friend gets carried away, and loses a decent sum of money or a possession to you. How much would it have to be worth for you to give it back?

  1. if it's $500  then tough luck learn to control yourself... if it's his house... ok then I'll just smack him upside the head and hope he learns a lesson.... right after I move into the spare room.


  2. depends on several things:

    how good frinds you are

    does it hurt him to lose the money?

    maybe you give back the money and ask him to invite for a drink or something

  3. with my friends, somebody makes a dumb bet and loses, they never hear the end of it,

    and they dont get their money back, but at the end of the day were still friends, and still playing again next week.......................

  4. They did agree to it and there is a risk involved in gambling. But what do you value more your friendship or the money?
