Your cute, you have adorable facial features, so unique. You remind me of one of those japanese cartoon characters.. you have small but pretty and defined lips, a cute medium sized nose and then BAM these huge blue eyes. And the eye liner goes with your fashion and style, so i do not consider it to much.

Yes, you are very pretty. (8 or 9/10) I think your eyeliner really helps to bring out the color of your eyes. I like your hair as well. I am a guy and i have blue eyes too, lol. :)
