Pretty big eye problem?

Ok, so about 3 weeks ago, I started having bad eye irritation in both eyes. Went to my opthalmologist for a check up, he said it was allergies and sent me home. My vision with my glasses on was 20/30, a week later I returned because everything still blurred together without my glasses on, then my vision was 20/50, went back Friday and vision was 20/60. He has seen me since I was a baby due to congenital glaucoma and nystagmus, so he knows my history. He gave me a thorough exam (dilation, etc.) and said he could find no anatomical reason for this to be happening, my pressure was perfect, he said retinas looked great, optic nerves looked good as well. I'm at my wits end, I'm so scared this will continue til I am blind! Anyone had anything such as this? Any thoughts? Thank you.

I'm still thinking allergies, but wow, maybe you should go for a second opinion with a different doctor. They can miss things once in a while. Good luck!
