About IB, what is the equivalence of International baccalaureate, how widely is it accepted in the best universities,

After my IB diploma, will i get into any good university in the US or UK?

IB is like AP, its very prestigious if not more so. However it alone won't get you a guarantee into the top. Its certainly a step, and a big one. You NEED AP or IB classes if you want to make it to an elite school, however they are kind of the base platform on which your application will need to be built.
