Is the YMCA fun? I will be cleaning toilets there.?

Hi, I don't mean to sound arrogant but I'm a very attractive young girl who a lot of guys always stare at. Recently I got in trouble and now I'm having to do community service. I need 30 hours of community service which I will be doing at the YMCA. I will probably be cleaning toilets. My job is basically "general maintenance" what else is there besides toilets? How can I achieve this task when I have never even cleaned my own toilet? My mom always does it. she never even let me wash the dishes. I'm gonna be texting and on my iPod the entire time.

Is it going to be fun? Is YMCA a boring/fun place? HELP!!!!

  1. You made your bed now lie in it. Don't hang out with scum and your hands will be cleaner.

  2. just from this blurb i cant tell your going to need more then 30 hours. It will bring you down to earth. Which it sounds you really need.

well a friend of my x's just died this past sunday driving drunk. So be thankful your working for 30 measly hours at the YMCA instead of lying in a coffin...or putting someone else there.

There is never an excuse for driving drunk.

  3. I would say , No it will not be fun for you and it shouldn't be seeing how it is a punishment.

  4. u were driving drunk and u ONLY got 30hr???are u kidding me?u shouldnt be at the YMCA, u should be in jail!u dont even feel bad about the fact that u couldve kill someone.wow just grow up and do what u told!just so u know u wont have ur mom there in the real workld!oh and u are attractive?who the **** cares???people like u make me sick!!!!

  5. u're fault for landing in this position, but don't dwell on the negative side. It's an ok place. there's alot to "general maintenance" changing light bulbs, vacuuming, washing windows etc.

  6. The YMAC can be a fund place, but community service isn't supposed to be fun... you're doing it so you can learn a lesson. So you can GIVE BACK to the community for your mistake.

As far as cleaning toliets, that's not fun either, but I'm sure you'll be doing more than just that. It'll be a good task for you to learn--everyone should have to do it at some point!

So my advice is just to show up and put in your 30 hours with a smile on your face, and be thankful that you only got community service and that you are able to serve. 30 hours will FLY BY! :)

  7. I think you're missing the point of it...
