The Bavarian giants and the reigning German champions, Dortmund, play their respective away games against Hamburg SV and FC Nuremberg, respectively, whereas Schalke face FSV Mainz at home.

The reigning champions take on Nuremberg in an away clash at the easyCredit Stadium in Friday’s clash. Jurgen Klopp’s side are coming from a brilliant 3-1 home win against Hoffenheim last week and are unbeaten in their last 13 Bundesliga games. The team has had a sensational defensive record as well as they have conceded only eight times during the process.
The home side will have a full squad to chose from and have no major injury concerns whereas Dortmund will be without Mario Gotze, who is out with a long-term groin injury.
The visiting side are certainly the favourites to win the clash as the Borussians have not lost to Nuremberg in their last five league fixtures, scoring a staggering 13 times in the process. The Borussians are expected to win this 2-0.

Thorsten Fink’s side will be taking on his former club in a game at Imtech Arena. The former http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/FC-Basel-c39079 manager has lifted Rothosen from bottom of the table to 11th now with 22 points. He suffered his first defeat in the league in the club’s last home game against Borussia Dortmund two weeks back.
Bayern will look to capitalize on the win against http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/VfL-Wolfsburg-c40881 last week and will desperate to hang on to the slender lead at the top. The Munich giants know that any result other than a win can cost them the top place.
Gokhan Tore will be out for the hosts with a knee injury and Jacopo Sala is expected to replace him. http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Daniel-Van-Buyten-c10095 is still out with a foot injury so Jerome Boateng will start in the heart of defence with Rafinha making a comeback to the team on the right side of defence.
It will not be easy for the Munich giants as Hamburg are strong at home but Jupp Heynckes’ side is still the favourite to win this game. A 1-0 win for the visitors.

The DFB-Pokal winners have a relatively easy clash at home which many would expect them to win. The http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Royal-95-c40387 Blues have made a sensational comeback this season after a below par outing in the previous campaign and are right on the heels of Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund in the quest for the league title.

The hosts have an excellent record at home this season and it should be an easy win for them against a struggling Mainz side. Die Knappen to win 4-0 at Veltins-Arena.
