Preview: Henlow Bookmakers Silver Salver heats five and six
Six 550m heats will be raced Thursday night, making up the first round of the Henlow Bookmakers Silver Salver. The semi-finals will be raced on 4 November, and the £4000 is scheduled to be raced on 11
November.

Bridge Bond will go from trap one. He’s got only one win in his past 11 races, but it was an A1 race.
Show Pride will show what she can do from trap two. She’s won three of her past seven races, but finished fifth in her last race. She should rebound in this race, and earn a spot in the semi-finals.
Another Henlow veteran, Trade Appollo, will race from trap three. After winning three straight races, Appollo has cooled down with fourth and sixth place finishes in his past two races. Last week he finished
10 lengths behind Raving Black.
Goldies Destiny hasn’t won a race since 3 July, and probably won’t win this one. He’s only got two top three finishes in his past eight races. He’ll race from trap four.
Killishin Sixty has won three of his past six races, including an 8¼ length victory over Seneca on 18 September. There’s a good chance he’ll finish in the top three in this race. He drew trap five in this
heat.
In trap six is Loyalty Card. Henlow is her home track, and she’s her fair share of wins there, including two of her past five races.  She had a rare bottom three finish in her last race, but should be
able to improve upon that significantly in this heat.

Directors Spur will race from the first trap in the final heat of the Silver Salver’s opening round. Last week Spur finished in fifth place, but he also has three wins in his past seven races.
In trap two is Elusive Sam. He’s finished in the top three in his past seven races, winning two of those races. He should elude elimination in this race.
Fabulous Effort has been giving a fabulous effort recently. She’s won four straight races, and will be looking to make it five in a row on Thursday. She’ll race from trap three.
Ministry Hareem has only one win since February, and does not typically run in races quite as long as this one. Don’t count on Hareem to do much in this race, even if he gets off to a good start from trap
four.
Kyle Dan will race from trap five, he’s also coming off four straight wins, all in October. He’ll also be looking to make it five in a row. His past two races were both A1 races, and Dan should be the
favourite in this one.
Torbal Galileo will race from trap six. He likes the outside traps, but has only been racing from them consistently since September. Since moving to the outside traps, he has one win and three bottom three
finishes.
