Uruguay
Uruguay proved their doubters wrong in the 2010 FIFA World Cup in http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Brazil-c2858 and Argentina are not the only powerhouses in South America anymore.
Traditionally, Uruguay have always played second fiddle to Brazil and Argentina who battle it out for the top dog. However with the drop in quality in Argentina’s defence and Brazil’s midfield, Uruguay have closed down the gap thanks to some tactical organization by their manager, Oscar Tabarez. Nonetheless, Uruguay have won more Copa America titles than Brazil and equal to Argentina as their tally currently stands at 14 titles.
