Previous Renters?

I was wondering if there is any way to find the name of a previous renter. I was the neighbor and all I ever knew was her first name. She moved out 2 1/2 years ago.

You can ask the landlord for the prior tenants' name.  They don't have to give it to you, but they might be willing.  However, the landlord may think your request is a little creepy.

Yea and get caught snooping in someone elses mail and thats a federal offense.

If you are friends with the current resident you can ask if you get any of that persons mail (I get mail from previous owners all the time) Or you can run to your neighbors mailbox and snoop around from time to time.
