Previous life!?

I heard that it is possible to find out what have you been in your previous life. Is it true, and, if it is, can anybody tell me how?

The best work on this to date was done by the now deceased Dr. Ian Stevenson at the University of Virginia Medical School where his work is being continued (link below).

There is also a book called "How To Uncover Your Past Lives" by Ted Andrews that explores this without hypnosis.

Dr. Brian Weiss (link below) has a book called "Mirrors of Time" that includes a hypnosis CD so you can try this yourself.

The other option is a past life regression hypnosis therapist.

Everything via a past life (except Dr. Stevensons work) is open to attacks of imagination and suggestibility (under hypnosis). However, you might learn something about your current self and this has been successful in helping people overcome problems like phobias.

Well, they say it's true, But is there any way to really verify that the information is true? I could tell you that you were a King. Could you prove it right or wrong? No, but you would be happy with that answer and it would be worth the money you spend for someone to make you feel good.

its definitely possible..you have meet with psychics who can bring you into a certain state in which you witness and sort of go thru previous ives again. or if you develop your own psychic powers, you may even have dreams about it. a gd book to read is 'many lives many masters' by brian weis ( not sure bout his last name)

The idea of previous lives is just a marketing ploy phony psychics have devised to separate a fool from his money.  Think about it.  Who says we have past lives?  What makes them say this?  What is their evidence?  If it can't be verified, tested or explained then what makes you think such a thing exists?

Go to a psychic.  Ask him about your past lives.  When he starts telling you in vague, general terms ask him for specific information that can be verified.  I *guarantee* you he won't provide you with anything more than vague or high-probability guesses.

yes it is true. if you read the book, many lives many masters, it's a true story about a young girl who was basically terrified of everything. the water, animals, germs, everything. she consulted a doctor who hypnotized her. through her hypnotized session, she spoke of how she was in *this year* and who she was, her age, ethnicity, and everything, and who these people are in her current life and how she died. discovering this, she overcame her fears. just read the book, it's hard to explain. it's called

If you need to know the secret will be unlocked to you. It is in your head. I know because this has happened to me. I had a hard decision to make that affected my life and many other peoples. This encompasses my spiritual journey for this lifetime so i experience 'overlays' - knowledge and feeling from my previous lives enough to help me see the right path.

You can be regressed under hypnosis to find out but really need a reason to.

hypnosis is the best way, Find a good one and have them do a past life regression.  There is also a book called Echos of the soul. It talks about past lives of your soul.

I do it all the time.  I run down the street naked screaming "Who was I?" "Who was I?"  If there are enough people around, by the end, I learn something about my previous life.  I like to do it best in a busy city around 1PM.
