Price for a 00 bmw Z3?

A guy wants to sell a 2000 Z3, 2.8 loaded and in excellent condition.

He is asking 16,500 for it, is this a good asking price

The guy is a scum bag. He, like every other car owner, wants the best possible value for his vehicle; he may also manipulate you by saying garbage like "oh you're not the only one looking at this car and it will sell easily." A z3 cannot retain its value especially because it is nearly 8 years old. I suggest you go to a certified BMW dealer and have look at z4's and if you must a z3.
