Price for a new XBOX360 dvd drive?

i was wondering how much it costs for a new dvd rom to put in a XBOX360 and where is the cheapest place to get one

it not easy swapping drives you will need to remove the old firmware from old one and replace it to new one witch means flash it using a xp PC and software some drive are harder then others

the reason you need to do this is the mother board has a key as well as the dvd drive they need to match if they don,t then you get a error

it not that easy as just open up 360 and doing a swap there more to it
