Price for freelance pc repair

I live in Atlanta, GA and I'm starting to do freelance computer repair and web/graphic design. My question is what is a fair, yet profitable rate to charge an hour for a.) pc repair b.) graphic design and c.) web design

I do freelance work and I don't charge by the hour. I checked Geek squad, fire-dog and few other shops flat rates and based mine competitively. If they charge $129.99 for OS install, i charge $100.

I charge $15 travel fee if I have to come pick up the computer. I don't like house calls. People get spoiled like that and want you to come over every time they get a paper jam or can't find a Word doc.

Be careful it's a rough game sometimes. make sure you explain your warranty info fully before you do any work. I installed a person's printer drivers and 2 months later she expected me to fix her computer for free claiming it started running slow ever since I installed those drivers.
