Price guess house please?

i need to know what you think is an average amount to make each year to support a house with three bedrooms 2 bath and no stairs or anything...! I NEED YOUR KNOWLEDGE :))))

Need much more information to even give you a guess.  In some areas of the US, you could probably do this on less than $30,000 a year.

I wouldn't try it with less than $200,000 a year in New York City or San Francisco.  

You've also phrased it strangely, 'support a house'.  Do you mean the mortgage payments or do you mean things like utilities (gas, heat, hot water, water, electricity, phone, internet).  Why not ask what those things cost instead of asking the 'average amount to make each year to support a house'  Odd.

I take it that your question is: How much income do you need to be able to afford a 3/2/2 house?

My answer: It really depends on how much the houses in your area are going for. This sounds like a financing question. Try posting another question with more specifics (i.e. location, city, state).

That depends so much on what kind of hose and where it's located that there is no way to answer your question.

Your mortgage payment is $8 for every $1,000 that you borrow.  Borrow $100,000 and your payment is $800.    You should make $26,000 a year to afford this house.  Not many 4 bedroom single levels for $100,000.  Can you squeeze into 3 bedrooms? /
