Price of Canon 400D in Kuala Lumpur and Hanoi ?

Which city would offer the cheaper price for the body ? (I assume that lenses sell cheaper aswell if the body is cheaper)

There's a photography shop in Hanoi - in the old quarter on a very busy crossroads near the lake.  There's a big fountain/statue thingie in the middle of the crossroads.  There were quite a lot of tourists in there having cameras repaired and buying accessories, but from memory I thought prices of accessories like memory cards were comparable to Australia, and the shop is okay but not that big.  Hanoi is still fairly third world...  KL might be better - there would be more competition between stores - plus you might pick up a bargain in the duty free.  Alternatively you might have more luck in Ho Chi Minh City than Hanoi - heaps of huge malls and a more developed city.
