Price of beer in Canada?

I know in ottawa you must buy beer in the beer store. But I'm going to Quebec and was wondering what a case of beer will cost me and do you have to buy beer at the beer store. thanks for your help

I'm in Ottawa as well. No idea on prices, but they sell it at corner stores. Doesn't really matter if you're under age either, as quite a few stores won't ask for ID.
