check with a local realtor, zillow.com may not be accurate, sometimes only provides you city assessment, not the sale price.

Title search by title company, call an appriser or realtor, they have access to those info.

It would be difficult to find out the price of the home unless you called and pretended to be a buyer. That is one way.. Another way is IF you had a friend as a Realtor, you could call him/her to find out how much they are asking for it. The only othe way is to wait until it is sold then call or go to the County Recorder's office to find out.
