Price to go to London 2012? (Olympics)?

Question

Basically ive been watching the stunning performances in the olympics this year including the opening and closing ceremonies. But a idea just flickered through my head.

Why dont i goto London 2012? Im 14 years old atm and starting to work on GCSEs, However i plan on getting a part time just as soon as im 16 or 17 giving me about 1 year to save up. But how much will it cost?

Ive been thinking about some costs atm including:

- Hotel rent

- Arena tickers

- Traveling from Liverpool to London and London to Liverpool

- Food and drink costs

- Taxi cab costs (Due to getting a close hotel is gonna be really expensive)

- Sovieners

- Others (Please tell me if i missed something)

Im thinking that i will have atleast 3 to 5 thousand saved by then.

I could not find any website that had any packages yet, its too early, the Beijing games just ended today, I say give it some time.
