Priceline Name you own price?

I am looking at this priceline thing for flight and I have done 40 percent off and I am wondering if they usually reject offers like this and I am wondering of they usually give you good flights?

If something seems over-the-top then please don't do it but priceline is very willing to give you the price you wanted
