Prices of Dubai mobile sim cards dropping down?

Previously i was award of the etisalta sim card 160,now i saw it in hyperlulu at 65 AED for the sim card ,it that true? and DU sim car at 50 AED?

Du 55 dhs               before it was in offer only for 1 dhs as you buy for 55 dhs you get 54 dhs as credit
