  1. Go to Edmund's.com. Click on the New Cars tab.  Navigate to your car make (Toyota) and model (Camry). . It will  ask you to choose which trim you want to price. (CE, LE, SE, LE V6, SE V6, XLE V6, XLE). Will ask for the zip code to price it in your area.. You will have to choose which optional equipments you want to add (what's in the car that you have it priced?) It will tell you the MSRP, Invoice price and the price that other people pay in your area. (TMV value = True Market Value). That should be an idea, if the 19.500 is realistic. If you want, print this page and next time You go, take it with you to. This website also tells if there is any special APR program or rebate on the model. Since it's an 09, I don't think. Good luck!

  2. go on the internet and find out.  Then check all your local papers and compare.  Here's an example of what the internet came back to me with.

    Toyota Camry

    MSRP Price: $18,481 - $28,071

    Invoice Pricing Next Page

    Destination Charge: $720

    Fuel Economy (City/Highway): 19/28

    Basic Warranty (Months/Miles): 36/36000

So depending on what you put on it and the model, you're getting it rather cheap.
