Which one is the most important thing among these two law of life that should come first? Urself Pride or solidarity? And why?

I think soildarity should come first and not our own pride because, if we all stick together on certain issues then things will get sorted out. However, if we let our pride get in the way and dont speak up about certain things then, how will our point get across? We all have to make a stand sometimes and forget about our pride...
