Yes, it is a Prime Array ServStation 2000 DHPrime Array Part #SIZD-D1-A1Config # same as part #Product Serial # 5550150DH # 1013009418002

When I originally bought it, I had it set up on a Mac network and I can still see it on the chooser on my mac but cannot connect to the admin.  I am now setting up a pc network w/ dell pentium 4 machines and had hoped to use the ServStation for what I bought it for in the first place:  accessing cd's w/out having to load them on the individual machines.  Thanks to all for helping or trying to anyway.  Maybe this is a lost cause?
