Prime Monarch deck?

hello can u help me make a deck for my friend he has already

-jinzo

-prime matireal dragon

what do u recommend he should build. I was thinking a Prime/ jinzo/ monarch deck. any recipe would be appreciated

We would like to use it at tournaments

-he is short on money so not to OVERLY expansive cards please.

Monarch deck......I think getting structure deck advent of emperor would help alot and dun put 2 thestalos, Mobius is better and less risk invovled facing traps. Try to include more monarch and not too much of soul exchange since you had brain control.  Remove 1 ragieki break and include Mirror force, since limited in budget so i recommend Magical cylinder/Draining shield(i think magical cylinder is better)

And as for that spirit reaper or mashmallon question, i think it would be better to put mashmallon,(end game purposes, opponent take 1000 damage when they whack it face down, jus nic if both or your opponent low in Life point.
