Primetime MMA stopped too soon?

Did you think, taking all the fights on Saturday night in to consideration, that due to the fact they were fighting on primetime TV, the majority of the fights were stopped long before they would have been in the UFC? Here is a quote from a recognized MMA analyst " .....But the New Jersey State Athletic Control Board, which oversaw the event, had a lightning-quick trigger finger on fight stoppages, apparently not wanting to let unpalatable scenes play out on network TV."

  1. i think it was such a let down, u stop a fight after a accidental finger in the guy, even after the fighter says he only needs a few mins to regain his composure , wtf is wrong with this? it must have been the fact that it was on primetime caused alot of early stops, the first 2 fights where the guys where obliviously knocked out where good refing but, everything else was completely off, thompson's fight almost made me cry, the guy had the fight won, and their was no way kimbo was going to be able to knock him out, kimbo was completely gased he coulden even finish the after fight interview
