Primo Ivan to bounce back in the A2 480m Flat at Swindon
Primo Ivan needs to press on early, and if he manages to do so, it will be an easy victory for him in the A2 480m Flat, which is being held at Swindon on Monday, July 2nd.
The white and brindle dog will look to put his campaign back on winning ways after an embarrassing defeat last time around.
After bagging the winning cheque on two consecutive occasions, the C. Stringer trained suddenly lost his direction. In his last appearance, he got crowded at the first bend and as a result, completed the order of finish behind, Swift Major.
Although, a terrible defeat would have dented his confidence to some extent, but it will be a foolish move to ignore his chances.
Westmead Hawk’s son has proved his mettle on number of occasions in the past, and possesses the ability to get his act together quickly. So, a chance can be taken on him.
Among his rivals are: Falkners Joe, Two For Tango, Malbay Kesha, Oospagettios, and Cashen Wildcat. The officials are due to start the proceedings at 18:04 (GMT).
Falkners Joe, brought home the bacon lately, and after three unlucky outings the fawn dog finally got it right, when he won the Grade A3 race at the end of last month.
J. Little’s trainee dominated the affair all the way through, and eventually seized the first position by two and one-half lengths. He is expected to continue the good work and create some problems for the opposition.
Oospagettios, is a slow starter and might need a helping hand. Similarly, Cashen Wildcat might find a few of the rivals too lively as the race kicks off.
Malbay Kesha, was brilliant in her previous appearance. But, she is stepping up in class, which can make things a little harder to cope.
Two For Tango, was terrible in her previous three trips. We are reluctant to recommend her, despite the fact that the punters don’t need much of a memory to recall her last success.
The calculations suggest that the stage is set for, Primo Ivan, to put his journey back on the right track.
