  1. Henry VIII become the head of the Church of England (breaking away from the Vatican) solely for the purpose that he could divorce and remarry (which the Pope would not allow, he wanted to divorce Catherine of Aragon when she failed to produce a male heir, and was considered too old to give birth to any more children).  By allowing himself to remarry, Henry made the same thing possible for his subjects, although no couple has an automatic right to remarry in church.

The CofE allow remarriage if the couples former spouses are dead,  but in cases of remarriage various questions will be asked to ascertain if the church are happy to marry the couple -  in Charles and Camilla's case the question they would have been asked which was pertinent to the decision was "was their relationship a direct cause of the breakdown of a previous marriage"  - The church thought that their adultery had contributed to the failure of Camilla's first marriage and therefore they could not marry in church, so had to marry in a civil ceremony with a church blessing.

  2. Techically, Prince Charles was a widower when he remarried.

The Church of England does not recognize divorces, so when Diana died in 1997, she was still considered to be his wife, in the eyes of the Church.

Camilla's first marriage was a Catholic one (her first husband, Andrew Parker Bowles was Catholic, though Camilla herself belongs to the Anglican Church), so in the eyes of the Church of England, Camilla was never married at all.

So from the point of view of  the Church Rules, there were no obstacles for the marriage of Charles and Camilla, and on April 10, 2005 they married. They had a civil ceremony with a Church blessing.

Right after her marriage, Camilla took all the styles and titles of the wife of the Prince of Wales and is now legally Camilla, The Princess of Wales. The Duchess of Cornwall is her secondary most important title (and most important in Scotland).

  3. what ever they are, he will never live it down about the way he treated diana,

  4. The issues concerned were that he was unfaithful to his wife, and withheld affection from her for the entirety of their marriage, in favor of Camilla Parker Bowles, who, btw was already married.

He told Diana on the eve of their wedding that he would never give up Camilla, and, well, he WAS true to one promise, there.

Did he alter his place of marriage...?  don't understand this question.

  5. When Charles and Diana divorced, the Archbishop of Canterbury proclaimed a "decree of nisi", therefore saying that the marriage had never happened in the eyes of the church.  Therefore, he was not considered a widow.

The title the "Princess of Wales" is not automatic to the Prince of Wales' wife, it is conferred by the Sovereign.  Camilla did not take that title, and never will. It was decided by the Queen that the people of England and the world loved Diana too much to stand for such an insult, therefore, Camilla was styled "Duchess of Cornwall", a title which is not hereditary either.

When Charles (if ever) ascends to the throne, Camilla will not be Queen as Diana would have been, she will instead be titled "HRH The Princess Consort".
