Prince charles in swaziland?

im writing a piece of coursework about my dad.

he was something to do with forests in swaziland in the 70s, or 80s, maybe even 90s.

i found a picture of him shaking hands with prince charles, could anyone tell me the year prince charles visited swaziland, for some kind of forestry thing?
